The Acquisition Team, within the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new Experiences supply for Client. We ideate, prototype, and deliver new hosted Experiences that grow Client business, develop and steward the creative vision for Host acquisition and curation initiatives, and collaborate with current and new types of Hosts to create exceptional hosted experiences that foster human connection in our shared physical world.
The difference you will make:
• This role requires candidates to be based in remote, working PST hours. This role is not eligible for relocation support.
• As a Vendor Manager, Experiences - you are entrusted with managing large vendor partnerships across experiences, ensuring that they deliver against set performance goals and are optimized for success.
A typical day:
• Manage large vendor partnerships across Experiences OR Oversee our vendor sales program across multiple supply verticals, managing the relationships with our supplier partners and deploying creative optimizations to maximize results (e.g. building playbooks to scale best practices) Primary relationship manager for vendor relationships, ensuring smooth cross-functional work and a positive & collaborative working relationship with Client Collaborate with leaders in the Supply organization and other cross-functional groups to build and implement a cohesive strategy for vendor resources deployment to meet company and regional objectives Partner with Legal and Procurement teams to source and vet new suppliers to grow our vendor sales ecosystem and manage regional/global outreach guidelines and overall co-employment policies Manage contracting negotiations, developing and optimizing contracting terms and conditions across suppliers Own the vendor headcount & new hire onboarding to ensure headcount needs are filled efficiently Ensures all agents are meeting performance goals or put on performance plans.
• Owns backfill of vendor agents Own all supplier purchase order and invoicing processes, tracking budget pacing and ensuring monthly accuracy Partner with Analytics teams to develop and maintain sophisticated, full-funnel sales reporting to keep stakeholders informed on program health and performance Partners with enablement to launch new global tools (e.g. Gong) to ensure vendor adoption and implementation at scale
Skills: Your expertise:
• 6+ years experience being a Partnerships/Vendor and/or Program Manager
• 6+ driving/leading medium to large cross-functional efforts for [Add

• Experience in large contract negotiations and renewals, working with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Depth of expertise in vendor management and/or sales management Strong, results-driven leader with a bias for action and an ability to gracefully navigate ambiguity The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and the foresight to anticipate business needs, make tradeoffs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints Strong stakeholder management and internal influencing skills Detail-oriented and strong multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Autonomous and self driven, able to execute work with little guidance Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to multitask Dynamic and very adaptable to a fast-paced changing environment Communication skills - able to explain complex concepts both verbally and via written communications, including technical concepts Flexible and adaptable to change
