Job overview:



Warehouse Administration

• Ability to meet deadlines, and objectives, and organize parts received in a warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Ability to work with different teams, dealer networks, etc. to effectively resolve business questions/issues.

• Ability to utilize data analysis to identify trends and business process improvement opportunities.



Package Deliveries

• Daily administration and work w/ teams to effectively organize and reconcile daily parts receiving.

• Maintain supplies, FedEx forms, boxes, etc., for shipping.

• Ability to learn and operate a forklift.



Warranty Claims Administration

• Ability to comprehend and administer policy and procedures.

• Ability to keep track of and meet deadline objectives for claim adjudication in parts receiving as well as operation manual compliance accuracy.

• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office; outlook, word, excel, power-point, access, lotus notes, web-based applications as well as mainframe platforms.

• Working with AHM ISD systems team to resolve application issues.



Qualifications/Skills Required

• Organization, time management, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, client relations, and problem resolution.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams and management.

• Ability to utilized data matrix to develop and improve operation efficiencies.

• General automotive knowledge preferred.

• Parts inventory/warehouse organization management preferred.

• Intermediate computer proficiencies; Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Access, Lotus Notes Database, Mainframe, and web-based applications preferred, digital cameras.

• Good working ability to document and compose reports, computer file creation and maintenance of documents including photographs.

• Physical ability to safely and lift packages and parts up to 80 pounds; average weight 8 pounds.

• Ability to have or become HAZMAT certified.

• Attention to detail, flexibility while maintaining safety and quality.



Education/Experience Requirements (Attributes)

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Associate degree, Vocational Degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty administration, office/warehouse management preferred.
