Rose International Named One pf St. Louis' 12 County Bi-State Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Deloitte & Touche "Fast 50" Program

ST. LOUIS, MO, September 24, 1999 - Rose International has been named to Deloitte & Touche's prestigious "Fast 50" Program for the St. Louis 12 county region, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the area. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in revenues from 1994-1998 (five year period).

Rose International's CEO Himanshu Bhatia credits employee commitment and a solution oriented sales approach with the company's 9,979% revenue growth over the past five years. She said "Our employees are the most committed and our solution centers are beginning to catch fire. Customers have recognized we have the best e-Commerce database and networking capabilities."

Rose International's increase in revenues of 9,979% over the five year period of 1994 to 1998 resulted in a #2 ranking overall in the Fast 50 for the St. Louis 12 county regional. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Fast 50 for this region were 986%.

To qualify for the Fast 50, companies must have had revenues of at least $50,000 in 1994 and at least $1,000,000 in 1998; must be public or private companies headquartered in the region; and be "technology companies" defined as a company that produces technology, manufactures a technology product, is technologically intensive, uses technology in problem-solving, or devotes a high percentage of effort to research and development of technology.

Winners of the 19 regional Fast 50 programs in the United States are automatically entered in the Deloitte and Touche Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks the nation's top 500 fastest-growing technology companies.
